In preparation for his highly anticipated coronation, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Clement Adesuyi Ajimoko III, the Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland, has inaugurated a 13-member Coronation Committee.
The committee, chaired by Professor Wale Omole, is tasked with overseeing the planning and execution of the weeklong celebration, set to feature a series of cultural, traditional, and developmental events across Ijesaland.
To ensure a seamless and successful coronation, 11 specialized subcommittees have also been formed, handling crucial areas such as media/publicity, protocols, events and venues, security, and entertainment.
As part of the festivities, Owa Obokun is expected to unveil his core development programs aimed at fostering rapid socio-economic growth across Ijesaland.
