The Alamuye of Amuye-Faforiji in Atakunmosa East Local Government Area of Osun State, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Adebayo Faforiji, Oteniara III, has joined other eminent Nigerians and well-wishers in celebrating the 70th birthday of Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi, describing him as a rare gem and an embodiment of excellence, vision, and selfless service.

‎‎In a heartfelt tribute, the monarch expressed immense joy and gratitude to God for the life of the distinguished celebrant, noting that Asiwaju Fasuyi’s contributions to Ijesaland, Nigeria, and the global community stand as shining examples of purposeful leadership and impactful living.

‎‎Oba Faforiji extolled the achievements of Asiwaju Fasuyi, highlighting his pioneering roles as the first Asiwaju of Ijesaland and the first Balogun of Ijebu-Jesa, as well as his groundbreaking work in education, business, and philanthropy.

‎‎He lauded Fasuyi’s exceptional strides through the Ibadan Business School, which has helped shape the next generation of leaders, and the Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi Foundation (AYFF), which continues to uplift lives through humanitarian and community development initiatives.

‎‎“Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi is a trailblazer in management consultancy, a nation builder, and a man driven by purpose and compassion. His life reflects wisdom, humility, patriotism, and an unwavering dedication to progress,” the monarch stated.‎‎

While acknowledging the celebrant’s extensive global exposure, having visited 108 countries, Oba Faforiji commended his deep-rooted love for Ijesaland and his relentless efforts toward human and community advancement.‎‎
