The Bruce and Animasaun families have announced the burial arrangements for the late Mama Oreoluwa Ashabi Bruce (nee Animasaun), who passed away at the age of 82.
Known for her dedication as a sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, her family invites loved ones and well-wishers to celebrate her life and legacy.
The ceremony begins with a Service of Songs on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., to be held at her residence at No 4, Yeye Meso Street, Bibilari Avenue Off Ibala Road, Ilesa, Osun State.
This will be followed by a Christian Wake Keep at the same location on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
The burial service is scheduled for Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church, Oke Omiru, Ilesa, Osun State.
After the service, Mama Bruce will be laid to rest at her residence.
A reception will follow immediately at Ajoke Civic Event Hall, located along Osogbo Road, Oke Omiru, Ilesa.
