As part of activities to mark its 10th anniversary, The Headmistress Charity Foundation has distributed special packages to the elders, bringing joy and hope to them ahead of the Christmas and New Year season.
The initiative, which has become an annual tradition is part of the foundation’s commitment to improving the welfare of senior citizens.
A grand celebration held at Holy Trinity Cathedral, Omode Ilesa was attended by special dignitaries and community leaders.
Speaking at the event, the founder of the foundation, Yeye Bolajoko Lufadeju expressed gratitude to all the dignitaries and supporters who have contributed to the organization’s mission over the years.
She emphasized the importance of giving back to the community and ensuring that the elderly feel valued and cared for.
