
The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG’s) corporate social responsibility arm, His Love Foundation (HLF) has built a state-of-the-art dialysis centre for the Wesley Guild Hospital Unit of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC), Ilesa.
Named the Enoch and Folu Adeboye Dialysis Centre, the facility was officially commissioned on Thursday.



Speaking on behalf of Pastor Enoch Adeboye at the program, the Continental Overseer for RCCG Continent 3, Pastor Johnson Odesola, described the dialysis centre as a practical demonstration of Christian love and dignity for humanity.
He noted that the church’s mandate extends beyond preaching to touching lives directly through education, healthcare, and humanitarian services.

Also Speaking, Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke praised RCCG for what he described as a timely and invaluable contribution to healthcare delivery in the state.
He said the donation is not only a reflection of Christian values in action but also a bold step towards advancing the well-being of citizens. “This project proves that the church is not only a place of worship but also a critical partner in social and economic development,” the governor said.
Governor Adeleke who was represented by the Commissioner for Health, Honourable Jola Akintola, commended Pastor Adeboye and Pastor Mrs Folu Adeboye for their selfless service to humanity, describing the dialysis centre as a powerful testament to their vision of lifting lives globally.

He called on other faith-based bodies, private individuals, and organisations to emulate RCCG’s example, noting that building a better society is a shared duty.

In his remarks, the Assistant National Coordinator of RCCG’s Corporate Social Responsibility, Pastor Bayo Olugbemi, said the dialysis centre is one of several impactful projects implemented through His Love Foundation, the church’s charity arm.
According to him, the Ilesa centre is the 13th dialysis facility donated by RCCG across Nigeria adding that the church has also delivered intensive care units to hospitals in Lagos, Ondo, Plateau, and Ogun states, and has touched millions of Nigerians through social interventions in over 656 local government areas.

He said the new dialysis centre is equipped with three dialysis machines and beds, a reverse osmosis-based water purification system, a 130KVA generator, and other essential medical tools aimed at saving lives.
In his goodwill message, The Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland, Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup, represented by the Onido of Ido-Ijesa, Oba Michael Adebayo also commended Pastor and Pastor Mrs Adeboye for their continued support to the Ijesa people.

The Chief Medical Director of OAUTHC, Dr. John Okeniyi, described the donation of the center as a welcome boost, especially as the hospital intensifies efforts to improve its healthcare service delivery.

He assured that the facility would be optimally used and maintained.
