Happy New Year to all sons and daughters of Ijesaland. I wish everyone a year filled with progress, prosperity, and greater opportunities.
With regards to the Ijesa Real Estate Summit Conference (First Edition), I am pleased to inform you that extensive consultations have been held with key Ijesa stakeholders and some of our revered traditional rulers. I am glad to confirm that the summit is scheduled to hold on May 1st, as planned.
The Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Osun State Chapter, has officially endorsed the summit and confirmed his presence. In addition, the Special Adviser to the Osun State Governor is awaiting a formal invitation letter. The venue will be communicated soon, and the planning committee will be inaugurated before mid-January.
This summit is strategically designed to: • Create new business and investment opportunities for Ijesa real estate agents and developers
• Encourage structured and sustainable real estate development across Ijesaland
• Foster partnerships between local and external investors
• Provide access to industry insights, government policies, and funding opportunities
• Showcase Ijesaland as a prime destination for real estate investment
• Empower youths and professionals through knowledge sharing, networking, and mentorship
The Ijesa Real Estate Summit Conference will serve as a major platform to reposition Ile-Ijesa on the real estate map of Osun State and Nigeria at large, while driving inclusive growth and long-term development for our people.
